When doing a large install, ebuild periodically throws out messages (e.g. run
ebuild mod_ssl config to configure Apache for mod_ssl). These should be logged
to a file, and at the end of a long unattended build, there should be a
notification of the location of the logfile, which the admin may then read and
perform all necessary tasks.

This should include config file replacements and any suggestions for extra ebuilds.
