Comment 2 Ryan Hill (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-27 19:32:45 UTC
Any progress on this? We need this ASAP for bug #140707. If no response is made before Sept 1st we'll be taking it upon ourselves to CC archs and get this bug resolved.

thanks :)
Comment 3 Leonardo Boshell (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-27 20:08:07 UTC
Please note that reports asking for stable keywords should CC the relevant arch teams.

Target keywords: amd64 ppc x86
Comment 4 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-08-28 10:01:00 UTC
Leonardo: We've asked the ATs to not directly CC the arches when filing these requests until they've gotten an "OK" from the maintainers. We (the arch teams) don't want to mark things stable without the maintainer approving of it, as there have been numerous cases where the maintainer came back with something like "well, we can't mark this stable because..." that we never would have known about.

That being said...

amd64/x86 done... ;]

Sorry, I overlooked the actual messages and misinterpreted the situation :).

Thanks.
