after updating to portage-2.1.1_pre3-r5 any package with new use flags
is asked to reemerge if I do an "emerge -auvDN world" even if I didn't touched
that flag (is on default value).

Is this the correct behaviour? (more than 100 packages to re-emerge, X and kde 
included....)
