per bug 130045 the ~amd64 flag was added, but the dependency mentioned in said bug was NOT added, and still must be for it to work...
bnr2 depends on emul-linux-x86-xlibs on the amd64 platform

Why are you filing a duplicate bug for one that's not been resolved yet? There's been no keyword added yet, so there's no dependency either.
