there are currently issues with dietlibc and gc 4.1 on some archs -> LATER
Reopen for x86 only (changed summary and cc), because this arch is not affected by the issues -> cleared out with hollow (thanks again). amd64 has to wait. So... do we do this on amd64/ppc/x86 or no? Those are the only architectures that are planning on GCC 4.1.1 stable (either already or shortly)...
