See http://hylafax.sourceforge.net. Hylafax+ contains several little improvements over the regular Hylafax releases. Otherwise you could consider the regular 4.3.0 release: http://www.hylafax.org.

The "hylafax-4.2.5-tiff_version.patch" is no more needed as it is already merged upstream.
