See the ebuild (kde-base/konq-plugins-3.5.3):

is:
RDEPEND="${DEPEND}
$(deprange 3.5.2-r1 $MAXKDEVER kde-base/kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins)"

should be:
RDEPEND="${DEPEND}
$(deprange 3.5.2 $MAXKDEVER kde-base/kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins)"

reason: there is no kde-base/kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins-3.5.2-r1 ebuild, only 3.5.2

Same here, I don't see why it appeared only today... the ebuilds and RDEPEND are the same since five days ago...
