Some things have complex needs(multiple repositories that need to be checked out for example) and the ebuilds themselves should handle the proper exporting. This saves the time of unneeded copying of files, only to delete them again.

Fixed in CVS.

Please define ESVN_RESTRICT="export" in your ebuild.
