Hi!

Please find attached texi2html.ebuild

texi2html is a perl script that converts Texinfo to HTML.  It is rumored to be
more flexible and powerful than "makeinfo --html".

I suggest app-text/texi2html with the rest of the doc building and conversion
apps, however being a perl script it would fit in dev-perl also.

This ebuild successfully merged with sandbox running.
