Kemerovo's mirror is missing again
Asia is back in Australia

It looks like someone (I guess who) reverted this file...

I don't see any recent changes to mirrors.xml that caused the problems you've mentioned. I'll fix this in a while.

Which one was Kemerovo's mirror?

Fixed. I'm still not sure about Kemerovo's mirror, so I've fixed up the xml and committed the changes to cvs.

Nope.

At least 
'Sharq Telecom' (Uzbekistan, Asia)
and 'Kemerovo State' (Russia)
are still missing.

I'd recommend to revert /main/mirrors.xml back before www-redesign point and let someone correct all his changes himself ;-)
