As the bug mentions, asterisk-1.0.10-r2 will fail to emerge with the "ukcid" use flag enabled as portage is unable to find the correct patch for it.  Actual error text I've gotten on ~amd64 and ~sparc boxes is:

 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 *
 *   /usr/portage/net-misc/asterisk/files/1.0.0/asterisk-1.0.9-ukcid.patch
 *   ( asterisk-1.0.9-ukcid.patch )

I have confirmed that the file does not exist in either my rsync or CVS portage trees.
