gst-plugins-musepack-0.10.1.ebuild

Simply renamed the ebuild (and removed the header) to compile the plugin from gst-plugins-bad-0.10.1 instead of 0.10.0.

gst-plugins-bad-0.10.3 is in portage, gst-plugins-musepack should updated as well.

Please hurry up, because QuodLibet crashes on MPC playback here with gst-plugins-musepack-0.10.0.
Minimum required version is 0.10.1 according to the webpage.

Bump, it breaks Quod Libet musepack playback badly.

gst-plugins-musepack-0.10.3 was added to the portage tree in June, so I guess the bug can be closed now, at least until they release the next version. :o)
