The attached two patches provide the following fixes:

Add support to gpgsin for '--pretend'.

Exclude Manifest from the list returned by findchanged; the rationale is that when doing a commit it is always regenerated and committed one or two times, depending on sign in FEATURES, so if it has already been modified it is committed an extra time.
