I have qscintilla library left under the /usr/qt/3/ path. It seem qscintilla depends on qt3 but then why the upgrade to qt4 wasn't blocked by qscintilla? Maybe bug #121069, comment #3 is a similar problem. So, I unmerge qscintilla and did "rm -rf /usr/qt/3" to remove the empty directories.
