Hi Jimmy, Thank you very much for pointing this out and I am at a loss to explain how this file disappeared from the mirrors. In any case, I just re-added it and it should hopefully hit the mirrors in an hour or so. Please re-open the bug if this should not be the case. Thanks, Markus
