Can you try -r3 please? -r2 has too much of problems and it's probably going to be dropped soon (if -r3 works, it seemed to stop for someone at least).
Well not like -r3 can be worse than -r2 atm.

Since the original bug reporter hasn't got back to you - I had the same issue with -r2, but it is fixed in -r3.
