I emerged

media-libs/flac-1.1.2-r3 [1.1.0] -3dnow -debug -doc -ogg +sse +xmms

After emerging "flac-1.1.2-r3" I received the following notice:

QA Notice: the following files contain executable stacks
 Files with executable stacks will not work properly (or at all!)
 on some architectures/operating systems.  A bug should be filed
 at http://bugs.gentoo.org/ to make sure the file is fixed.
RWX --- --- usr/lib/libFLAC.so.7.0.0


So I hope this bug opening is appreciated.
