Why don't you use meta-ebuilds for kde? They're easier to handle and to debug. Try "emerge kdegraphics-meta" or "emerge kgamma". I got no errors, even with your CFLAGS and LDFLAGS.

a) you edited the kde.eclass or you're using a modified eclass because -fvisibility-inlines-hidden is being filtered by the official one (for lots of good reasons), didn't you?
b) see the dupe.
