I disagree. The entire world was emerged with the new gcc (4.0.2), and I *just* emerged kdelibs/base.

This specific errors up to now only manifested itself when building stuff with two different gcc versions.

How many gcc version have you installed in this moment?

Two. gcc-3.4.4 and gcc-4.0.2, but when I upgraded (with gcc-config) I ran an emerge -e world, so there shouldn't be problems that way. By the way, the emerge --info shows that distcc is installed, which it is, but it's disabled

But it is a dup of 123065, so we'll converge down to one bug there.
