i just tried to attach a tarball to two of my bug reports (#1054 and #1223), it
did not work. it did not even work for the newly created bug report (#1223).
bugzilla says:

No file was provided, or it was empty.

i tried it with mozilla and opera. the tarball was marked as
application/octet-stream. i am behind a (well configured) firewall using
masquerading and never had any problems with file uploads at other sites.

please fix it, it really hurts.
