My webapp-config is attached.  I update packages with:

webapp-config -U -h <username> -u <username> -g <groupname> -d / <package> <version>

to update <package> in /home/<username>/www/

This works fine, but every time I run it, it changes the permissions on /home/<username> to root:root (from <usermame>:<username>), breaking that user's e-mail box.

Please test with w-c-1.50.7 and reopen if needed

I confirm that it no longer happens with 1.50.7
