Description ta2002 2006-01-14 20:46:37 UTC
If I understand, no "emerge -p command" should ever get logged.

emerge -p depclean does not (at least on x86), but it does on AMD64.

$ emerge -p info

I would agree here

It shouldn't be arch dependent...

You are right. I never noticed it before on x86 (but I do now).

Maybe a later version of portage introduced it (or maybe it
existed all the time, and I just didn't notice it :) ).

Fixed in r2645 for release in 2.1_pre5.
Comment 4 Zac Medico gentoo-dev 2006-02-26 14:47:40 UTC
Released in 2.1_pre5.
Comment 5 ta2002 2010-02-27 02:29:17 UTC
Yes, this was fixed four years ago, but

it's BAACCCKKKK (in portage 2.1.7.16 - and it did not exist in 2.1.6.13, the previous stable version).
