Bug 118392 – add xcomposite use flag to kwin

I'm filing a series of bugs against those packages that support X compositing to get added a new 'xcomposite' use flag. The use flag enables/disables the compositing manager at compile time and adds libXcomposite and libXdamage to the dependencies if they're needed.

This actually requires more work, as there's no --disable-kompmgr on configure (don't invent the parameters if you don't know if they exists).
But I'm going to check if it's feasible to patch it.

xcomposite useflag added, and kdebase/kwin patched to add the requested configure switch.
Patch also applied upstream.
