why I have got this error tying to emerge amule with whose USE flags?

when I try to emerge  net-p2p/amule-2.0.3-r4  with those use flags -amuled -debug +gtk +nls +remote -stats +unicode  it fails with no real error but it hangs up immediatedly like this :
