The newest Evince ebuild features a nautilus USE flag which makes Evince thumbnail PDF documents in Nautilus. The USE flag should be changed to gnome for the following reasons: * The gnome USE flag is used in almost all packages that have a GNOME-specific functionality * The nautilus flag, as much as I know, isn't used anywhere else * The gnome flag is turned on by default, while the nautilus flag isn't. If a user doesn't wish to depend on GNOME packages he'd probably add -gnome to his flags. If, however, he uses GNOME, it's 99% he wants that functionality
evince is a gnome package, and as such, depends on a lot of gnome packages. You cannot turn that off. What this use flag does is specifically enable *nautilus* integration, not gnome integration. As such, I disagree. evince with -gnome is meaningless.
