I do not believe xpdf should be listed in the RDEPEND for cupsd as this then 
adds depenencies for xorg-x11 which may not be requested on a server

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av cups
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Got unexpected dependency tree

Expected Results:  
xpdf would not be a required

Please remove from RDEPEND or add useflag and add to $DEP
