Get the patch accepted upstream, that way it will be automatically included in Gentoo kernels.
i can't apply the patch on the LiveCD!

Pleace help me. I don't have an installed linux on my pc becouse i catn't get access to my hard disks! And i can NOT patch the live cd. I need a boot cd that can see my disks to install the system. what can i do??
