this ebuild enable the EXA support for the Xorg-x11 7.0 SIS drivers using the 
"exa" use flag

This has been fixed upstream: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5207

I'll try to get a snapshot in at some point if I have some time. The release is
coming soon, so at worst case you won't have to wait long.

This should be fixed up now in the 7.0 release.  Feel free to re-open if not.

Yes Joshua, i confirm that the new Thomas Winischhofe's SiS driver compile automatically the EXA support and do not need anymore explicit CFLAGS call.
