SETI@home is open source. The source code is available in several ways: * Nightly tarballs. * Web interface to the CVS repository. * Access the CVS repository directly, e.g. with a command like cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@alien.ssl.berkeley.edu:/home/cvs/cvsroot checkout seti_boinc Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: seti client should be downloaded from the boinc client. On amd64 there's no official build, but there are some third party executables available from here: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_other.php Expected Results: Since seti@home can be built from source, it'll be great having it in portage.
