Xorg -configure Actual Results: Error Codes - no final result Expected Results: hmmmm - perhaps Xorg should have worked? (sorry, It's late at night) Sorry, I'm still a Linux Newby. Copy and Paste is not a problem, but, I need to figure out how to do such a thing on the Linux Box with only one screen available at a time. I did, however, emerge kde-meta (both before and after - yes, I wanted to play with the bells and whistles) merging Xorg. I had time that I needed to spend elsewhere, so, decided to let emerge do its thing. Could this potentially have caused the "fatal" error? Perhaps I could attempt to save a text file to floppy, and move it to the M$2k box. Let me know what files you want. Thanx (PS - I won't say in the next field that this is a normal bug. I just haven't been able to find on your website nor the Xorg wiki anything like it. So, it must be something I've done).
