I have kde 3.4.1 installed and trying to upgrade to 3.5.0  
2 packages (kdelibs, arts) conflicts with old versions.  
emerge -pv world will show the follow screen:  
[ebuild     U ] kde-base/kdelibs-3.4.3 [3.4.1-r1]  
[ebuild  NS   ] kde-base/kdelibs-3.5.0  
 .... 
[ebuild     U ] kde-base/arts-3.4.3 [3.4.1-r2]  
[ebuild  NS   ] kde-base/arts-3.5.0  
  
  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask kde 3.5.0 
2. emerge -pv world 
3. 
 
Actual Results:  
There are two versions of packages to upgrade in the Q.   

Expected Results:  
version 3.5.0 should be available only
