Description David Andrews 2005-11-29 06:47:45 UTC
In Liferea 0.9.6, with USE=-gtkhtml, the program loops when you right-click an
item and select "Launch Item in Tab". (I know... I shouldn't do that.) The
selection should probably be grayed-out or omitted from the drop-down menu to
keep people like me from doing this.

Would you mind filing this bug upstream? There really isn't anything I as the
Gentoo maintainer can do about this, besides coming up with a patch of my own of
course, but I don't have the time for that...

(In reply to comment #1)

Yep, time is ~always~ in short supply.

I presumed (without looking) that since the ebuild supports the gtkhtml USE
flag, that Gentoo had patched Liferea for this. Is "gtkhtml" an upstream config
option?

Yes, gtkhtml is the default when no Mozilla based browser is found. When you
look at the ebuild you will see that it actually gets enabled when non of the
other (firefox or mozilla) useflags are set.
