When I save a document at first time after starting the OpenOffice show two
error window with the message in Swedish

"Fel vid laddning av BASIC i dokumentet
file:///opt/OpenOffice.org/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
Allmänt fel
Allmänt input-/outputfel"

The Second is simmlar but the file dialog.xlb istead.

In english something like "Error when loading BASIC in the document
file:///opt/OpenOffice.org/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
common error
common input-/output error"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a dokument or create a new one.
2. Write some
3. Save
4. The two windows are show
5. The file are saved

Actual Results:
see "Details"

Expected Results:
not show this message

Note that i'm running the swedish build.
