kde-i18n-3.5.0_beta2 will not compile without libxslt-1.1.15. More 
specifically, it fails horribly with libxslt-1.1.14-r2. 
 
So, kde-18n-3.5.0_beta2 should require >=libxslt-1.1.15 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.downgrade libxslt to 1.1.14-r2 
2.emerge kde-i18n (I did with en_GB) 
3.watch 
 



An upgrade to 1.1.15 solved all.
