Version bump, with optional kerberos support added

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.unpack
2.digest
3.install

Actual Results:  
Seems to be better about long term tunnels

Expected Results:  
<0.6 seems to have some real leaky issues.

ipsec-tools-0.6.2.ebuild

This version is more stable that any I have used previously.  I have it in use
with 2.6.6 up to 2.6.14

Plese consider marking RESOLVED FIXED after ipsec-tools-0.6.5 goes in the tree.
