Like subject, there is a new version of ruby-gnome2. I'd also like to point out that bug #103470 still hasn't been fixed - I hope this one is treated better. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Also, it seems ruby-gnomeprint, ruby-gnomeprintui, ruby-rsvg, ruby-gtksourceview and ruby-mozembed are missing from portage all together. Adding these would be very helpfull. Some other packages in portage, like ruby-panel-applet seem no longer up to date, too. The complete ruby-gnome2-0.14.0 package builds flawlessly without patches on my system, btw. FWIW, i renamed the 0.12.0 ebuilds (of ruby-gnome2, ruby-gtk2, ruby-gnomecanvas2, and the others) to 0.14.0 in my portage overlay, and that seems to work just fine. Ruby is correctly working with Gnome 2.12 now (was crashing with the 0.12.0 libs before).
Working on it! And this time I'll finish this, not like with the 0.13.0 release which I tackled, but never finished because RL duties overwhelmed me.
All packages from ruby-gnome2-0.14.1 one have now been commited to the tree! :)
