If I type: "emerge pak deppak" (one package and then its dependency). It should
or block me because I dont have the dep installed before installing the program.
Or re-ordering it so that the dependency is compiled before compiling the main
program. Current, it fails into the ./configure part of the first program with
an error.  Btw, I was using --nodeps so that it doesnt downgrade my 2.3 glibc..
