it's now "mysql-extras-20050920.tar.bz2", the solution here is a "emerge --sync". This file has been introduced lately to avoid distribuiting patches with the portage tree (and so to avoid users that even don't know MySQL to rsync them). In it's firsts days it has changed name frequently and *at the same time* in all the ebuilds. Since gentoo mirrors have delete files not mentioned in at least one ebuild it has been deleted too. In the future the "mysql-extras" version will change only in the ebuilds that really need it, and everyone will be able to emerge mysql also from a tree older than one week. Cheers, Francesco
