When emerging dev-util/spe-0.7.5c I get many of the following type of errors

QA Security Notice:
- /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_spe/dialogs/preferences.wxg will be a world
writable file.
- This may or may not be a security problem, most of the time it is one.
- Please double check that spe-0.7.5c really needs a world writeable bit and
file bugs accordingly.

It seems to be installing every file this way.
