I want to request to put the ati-drivers-8.13.x back into the portage tree.  It
is the most recent version of the ati-drivers that supports the xpress 200m chipset.

I have used this version under amd64, and it worked perfectly under 1280x800.

No other version in portage is functional under this chipset.

the 8.16.20 (that is masked for the same issue the 1.13.x had) works fine on
xpress200/igp systems
