Tried to do a repoman commit after syncing via cvs to cvs.gentoo.org. 
when I did a repoman commit I was asked for a password, to gentoo.org, not 
cvs.gentoo.org. my commit failed. sounds like repoman is hardcoded to go to 
gentoo.org, not cvs.gentoo.org.

Whoops, sorry bout that, after consulting with seemant, turns out this looks 
like a local error (local to my dev machine).
