Hi,

I copied allegromp3-2.0.2.ebuild to allegromp3-2.0.4.ebuild, updated the
SRC_URI, and added a command to strip out '-march' on amd64s.

The zips don't have version numbers, so I also added 'RESTRICT=nomirror' to
avoid grabbing an older version from sourceforge, which seems to work.

HOMEPAGE should be changed to http://nekros.freeshell.org/delirium/almp3.html since the previous homepage redirects to myspace.com

HOMEPAGE no longer exists.  SRC_URI is unversioned.  can you find a better source?
