app-text/recode-3.4-r2 fails to configure due to a requirement for automake 1.4
which is not available on OSX.

cd .. && /var/tmp/portage/recode-3.6-r2/work/recode-3.6/missing automake-1.4
--gnits --include-deps m4/Makefile
