This is an ebuild for avr-binutils. It is simply a rebuild of binutils with a
target=avr. This is useful for those who are doing cross-platform compiling for
Atmel's AVR microcontrollers.

Uhm, no, it's been deprecated and removed from portage half year ago... Use
crossdev.
