Description Ian Perry 2002-11-08 22:17:38 UTC
Just a little feature request ... but I'd like to be able to see what version of
a package I have installed whenever Portage tells me I can update it. Whether
it's invoked with another command-line option or on by default doesn't matter.

As an example, I've installed some unstable packages using
'ALLOW_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge -u package', but it's hard to remember which
packages I've done that with when I later do a standard 'emerge -p world'.
