When prelude-lml-0.8 is tried to be compiled against >=libprelude-0.9 and
failes.  The prelude-manager ebuild should be updated to relect this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge >=libprelude-0.9
2. emerge prelude-manager
3. failure

Actual Results:  
Compile Failure.

Expected Results:  
Complied and installed.

Needed change in ebuild:

DEPEND="virtual/libc
        !dev-libs/libprelude-cvs
        !app-admin/prelude-lml-cvs
        dev-libs/libprelude
        dev-libs/libpcre
        doc? ( dev-util/gtk-doc )"

should be
DEPEND="virtual/libc
        !dev-libs/libprelude-cvs
        !app-admin/prelude-lml-cvs
        <dev-libs/libprelude-0.9
        dev-libs/libpcre
        doc? ( dev-util/gtk-doc )"
