I really don't know if version bumps like this should be reported. I'm doing it
because I used to do it in Arch, and they were welcome there.

Sure that we want them (just no need to file 0day ones :). However, marking this
as a duplicate of Bug 104103 as this seems a bit more complicated then just a
version bump.
