have you filed a report with the developer of the extention. We have no control over the extention is it is not installed by portage and we have no way to ensure every extention works.
Yes. I didn't really understand the reply that he gave as it seemed to imply he had fixed it but no new release has appeared that I can see. See comments 149-154 at http://refspoof.mozdev.org/installation.html
