Suggested fix is a block on older versions instead of a force on newer

>=x11-base/xorg-x11-6.7.0-r2 changes to !<x11-base/xorg-x11-6.7.0-r2.

This is screwing up modular X.

fixed in mozilla-firefox-1.0.6-r5 and mozilla-1.7.11-r1

was a revision bump really necessary for this?  I seriously doubt it.
