Downloads documentation files from VLC homepage and puts them into doc dir.

Hm I don't see why this should be done. 
Also, it won't be stable anyway so it's better to work against 0.8.2.

It's pretty stable over here.

BTW: can't we stick to wxGTK 2.4? I will not mess around with unstable packages
needing other unstable packages...

I'm not discussing if it's stable or not. I"m just telling you that doing such 
a change will put vlc back to ~x86 anyway; also, returning to 2.4 is a 
regression. 
 
Also, I still don't think we should install those docs.
